I don't know how many people read this blog.

I don't know how many people will actually do this...

but....

I have had this thought for awhile.

I love to read, as you should know.

So, I have decided to post about the books I read

-please read them too!-

and then after a 2-3 week period

(aka, when I'm done with the book)

I will post about it.

and expect your comments if you read it too.

puerto rico

Well...I am home.

That vacation seriously just flew by.

It was wonderful—Puerto Rico is like being 

in a different country,

but it still has the U.S. feel to it.

But, it's BEAUTIFUL!

Strange that I'm already back.

Highlights of the trip—

 First day at the beach

 warmest water ever!!

 beautiful rainforest

last morning in PR.

it was a wonderful trip!

but I'm glad to be home.

And quite excited to see Tyler today.

happy fall break everyone

sadly, it's almost over 

enjoy it while it lasts!

ooooohhhh it's magic . . .

Waking up, Monday morning, 6:40 a.m.

(think T-Mobile tune, I'm sure you all know it)

Blech, how about I don't wake up today?

The only thing getting me through this week is the fact

that fall break starts on Friday.
(too bad SLCC already had fall break)
I had the greatest weekend—Conference is the best thing!
And spending time with Tyler only made it better.
Yesterday we went up to his cabin with his family
(I forgot to take pictures)
and it was so much fun!
Thanks Ty, I had a wonderful day.

Dear Puerto Rico:

I am so excited to see you on Friday.

Cannot wait to experience your sandy beaches

and warm warm sunshine.
Not to mention the glow-in-the-dark water.

Relaxing on the beach for a few days is just what the doctor ordered.

 But, dear dear Puerto Rico,

you are missing one crucial thing.

Can you guess what that is?

The one thing that would make this trip

the best trip in the entire world.

Please have Tyler there with me.

Find some way to magically conjur up a ticket for him.

so please?

longest day ever

Good news, folks!

I survived the longest day ever.

Last Saturday was one of the busiest days of my life.

I was up at 5:30 a.m. to get everything set for the Lambda Delta Sigma

kickball tournament (that I was in charge of) that morning.

I arrived at Sugarhouse Park, hosted a fantastic 

tournament, and then had a meeting with IC.

After the meeting I rushed straight off to J's bridal shower,

pretty sure it was so much fun to catch up with all my

Beta girls, and to wish J well.

After that I ran home for one minute,

threw on my Muss shirt and dashed over to the tailgate party.

Go Utes!

I'm liking this 4-0 business.

At halftime I left the game to go see "Lion King"

with my family.  Which was incredible!

I love Broadway shows!

So there, longest day ever.

Pretty sure this was the best part of my weekend though.

Just sayin'.

I'm exhausted

sooo tired.

I just want to spend a day doing absolutely nothing.

being unproductive,

lying around.

watching movies, cuddling.

I want a day where I don't have anything that needs to get done.

A day I can spend recuperating.

it would also be nice if Tyler had that day, too.

that way we could spend it together.

I really, really want to clean my room!

but, I don't have time.

dang it.

it's messy and needs a good, deep clean.

mostly to clear out all the fuzzy creepers called spiders...

but also because it is hideously messy,

and it's driving me nuts!  too bad I have

no time

to clean it this week....
