C and I went to The Leonardo last night, and it was so awesome. They have a giant Google map on the floor that you can actually move around and find places. We went to the world's largest swimming pool (that's in Chile) and saw the tallest building in the world (in Dubai). Super cool. I absolutely recommend checking it out sometime.

Just a little thought from a great movie.

One day soon (when I can afford it) I will have this camera.

It's a good thing I don't have very much money, otherwise I would have purchased this by now, and the last thing my bank account needs is to be empty.

But one day soon I will have it. And I am super excited!

Oh I forgot to tell you....

I got a job!!!
Crazy how it happened, but I am so glad it did.
I'd been looking for six months for something, and had applied for what seemed like millions of jobs. In the process of two weeks I got three interview offers, only went to two of them, got offered both jobs, was soo sad to turn one of them down (I think I maybe cried a little just because it would have been so much fun), but in the end I accepted the other job because it had higher pay and more hours.

So now I am an official employee of

the University Federal Credit Union

and I am so excited! It's going to be a great job, and I am so grateful I finally was able to find something. Happy New Year!

remembering 2011

Since it's the new year, I find it nice to reflect on the great things I did during the last year.
So here's a glance back at 2011. It was grand.

I finished my time as IC Vice Pres of Lambda Delta Sigma (and bawled when I heard the sorority was disbanded)

I went to California with some friends over Spring Break

C

I decided rock climbing is actually fun

I went backpacking to Lake Blanche

and in the Uintas

Turned 21 (and went to the Bonneville Salt Flats)

Drove from Montana to Jackson Hole with my sister

Spontaneously took a short trip to Yellowstone

Love, love, loved my first row seat in the MUSS

Went to San Francisco

And had many other great adventures
(mostly involving C and a camera)

2011 was so fantastic, I can't wait to see the adventures that await me in 2012!
